does the mobile tv with bsnl gprs works fast enough?

Ltd. announce launching of an end to end mobile video solution for providing world class TV through GSM mobile Handsets, called mimobi.tv, to BSNL’s EDGE/GPRS/Portal customers in the Eastern Zone (W. Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand, A&N, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Manipur, Aizwal, Arunachal & Nagaland).
but i dont think it is so first as it BSNL so only half of the night you ,may see the tv
