Many phone in asian …
Many phone in asian can view tv without charge your data or service fee because they build in tv tuner however those are mostly analog signal. Anyway what i saying, U.S. is stuck with carrier who charge for anything they can get.

does it have a usb cord? memory card? is it unlocked? or do you have to get everything else separately? and i heard that there’s something wrong with the mobile tv..?
